Purpose and scope

LCJ Radio Importer is a private tool used by Lake Country Jubilee to receive and install its weekly Sunday radio program. It accesses only the designated station Google account and is not available for public account creation.

Google data accessed

The application uses read-only Gmail access to identify new program-delivery messages, verify the sender, and find a Google Drive link in the message. It uses read-only Google Drive access to inspect and download the specific linked MP3.

The application does not send, edit, delete, label, or organize email. It does not create, edit, delete, or change sharing permissions for Google Drive files.

Information retained

The station system retains limited operational records needed to prevent duplicate processing and diagnose delivery problems. These records may include the Gmail message identifier, sender address, received time, processing result, file name, validation details, and file checksum. The accepted MP3 becomes station programming and the prior Sunday program may be archived for operational recovery.

OAuth credentials are stored as protected server secrets. Email bodies, cookies, and OAuth tokens are not displayed in the station dashboard or written to application logs.

Sharing and use

Google user data is used only to deliver and operate Lake Country Jubilee programming. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Service providers that operate the station infrastructure may process data only as necessary to run and secure the service.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Security, removal, and contact

Access is restricted to authorized station personnel, uses encrypted connections, and is limited to read-only Google permissions. A user may revoke the application’s access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
